There are many advertisements on the TV where in products are sold and out of all these, my cousin came through one of the ad and wanted to buy a 16Gb Spy Pen Camera. For a better option i recommended him Onlineskyshop.com website which i found after searching in google and coming their Google Adwords Advertisement. Now the next option was asking them for the payment, where in the company guys recommended a 1999Rs product over the our selected 1699Rs product, which was accepted by us and were offered Cash on Delivery.

Next when we received the product, we found that there was manual in it, the Pen Camera was of 8Gb and it was not functioning. When we tried to contact the company they said to charge for 2-4 hours following which it will work, but it didnt. Now when my cousin calls the company, for a help or a replacement, they dont lift the phone calls. Its better to avoid these type of un-registered fraud companies.

However, there’s a deadly problem here, your beauty will fade, but my money will not be gone without any good reason. The fact is, my income might increase from year to year, but you can’t be prettier year after year. Hence from the viewpoint of economics, I am an appreciation asset, and you are a depreciation asset. It’s not just normal depreciation, but exponential depreciation. If that is your only asset, your value will be much worried 10 years later.

By the terms we use in Wall Street, every trading has a position, dating with you is also a “trading position”. How to Clean Silver Items

Cleaning silver is a very easy task. It can be done using normal household products. So don’t invest in expensive cleaners which have warning labels and hazardous chemical ingredients. Harsh chemicals are not at all required to do this job. All that you have to do is follow the instructions given below in the same order.

· Gather all the silver items which you are planning to clean. Take a big bucket and fill it with warm water. Once the water is filled, add 1 table spoon of salt and 1 table spoon of water softener. Now swirl the water and make sure the water softener and salt dissolve.

· Now take a sheet of aluminum foil and place it in the bottom of the bucket. Then place the tarnished silver which you have planned to clean over the aluminum foil placed in the bottom of the bucket containing the mixed solution.

· Let the silver sit in there submerged for about 15-30 minutes. The silver item which is touching the aluminum foil and is present submerged in the bucket containing the mixed solution will get cleaned very quickly. Some silver items are tarnished badly that it requires some rubbing to clean it. If there are such items of silver, then use a clean cloth damped in water to rub the tarnish off the silver.

· Another easy , cheap way of cleaning silver is using a mix of lemon juice and salt. Take a soft cloth , dip it into the juice of lemon and salt and rub the cloth all over the tarnished silver item. Once you rub thoroughly , rinse it in clean water.

That’s it. the silver is as good as new. To prevent tarnishing in silver items, store them in airtight containers. It is so because silver is tarnished by exposure to air.

How to Clean & Remove Dog Urine at Home

The odor of a Dog’s urine is something which is really bad and strong. Apart from that, the urine of a Dog can leave behind a really bad stain too. So to clean Dog urine thoroughly, all that you have to do is follow the steps given below in order.

· Use a clean towel or a paper towel to blot as much as urine as possible. Make sure you don’t rub. Just keep pressing till the urine gets fully absorbed.
· Rinse the area affected with the help of a glass of water.
· Now use a clean towel or a paper towel to blot as much as water possible used for rinsing.
· After the water used for rinsing is absorbed, mix a quart of water with half a cup of white vinegar. Use the mixture on the area which the Dog urinated.
· Again press a clean towel or paper towel towards the surface in which the mix is poured to absorb all the liquid. You can also use a wet or dry vacuum cleaner in the coolest setting to dry the area up.
· Once all the above steps have been completed, spray pet odor neutralizer around the surface cleaned. This prevents the urine smell from resurfacing.

That’s all. Your house is free from Dog pee.
